Atlantic Regional Council Annual General Meeting
CFUW Moncton has the honour of hosting the 2006 Atlantic Regional Council (ARC) Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 20th and 21st, 2006.
The theme of the conference is "Balance in Diversity: Working Towards Harmony". CFUW Moncton thinks that this reflects both what we as individuals, as a society, and as an organi zation are trying to achieve. It is also reflective of Moncton's, Dieppe's, and Riverview's journey towards a working relationship in many areas including language.

|Friday Evening Reception
||The reception on the 6th floor of City Hall Friday evening, October 20th, is a time to mingle and network and enjoy an array of finger foods. CFUW Moncton is celebrating Women's History Month with a special presentation on "Women We Should Know." We would like each Club to introduce us to a WOMAN WE SHOULD KNOW, a notable woman from your area, past or present, who has made an impact. Presentations should be short - just 2-3 minutes. To present a Woman We Should Know, please download and fill out this presentation form and include it in your registration.
||Saturday's program includes the Annual General Meeting and several workshops featuring speakers on various aspects of Balance in Diversity. (For those of you taking the participatory workshop on Tai Chi, please wear comfortable shoes.) This is a great opportunity to meet our CFUW National President Ardith Toogood and CFUW Executive Director Susan Russell.
||The conference speakers will be: Ardith Toogood, Susan Russell, Margaret Norrie McCain, Grace Stapleton, Wilma Evans, Peter Sawyer, Harriet Reid, Mary Laltoo, Doctor Monika Boehringer, and Millie Augustine. Click here for more information on each speaker.
